Responsibilities
* Lead the day to day running of an allocated area or room within the nursery.
* Train and develop staff by imparting knowledge and skills.
* Ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
* Have a sound understanding of a child’s developmental requirements and provide a range of stimulating learning experiences designed to meet all‑round development.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
* An enhanced DBS check will be required.
