Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Electrician with skills in other trades to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering East Grinstead, Crawley and surrounding areas.
A Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and secondary trades. The works shall be carried out efficiently and completed within deadlines.

Candidate Requirements
* Reliable, experienced Electrician with skills in other trades
* Good customer care skills
* Essential: 18th Edition certificate and 2391 Testing and Inspecting qualification
* Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use only)
* Clearance: Basic Criminal Record Check
