The Role Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN/SEMH needs Support emotional regulation, behaviour management, and engagement in learning Foster a calm, positive, and inclusive learning environment Work closely with class teachers, SEN staff, and parents Help pupils build confidence, resilience, and independence The Ideal Candidate Patient, nurturing, and kind with a calm approach Previous experience supporting SEN and/or SEMH pupils Confident in behaviour management strategies Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs Strong communication skills when liaising with staff and parents Passionate about creating positive learning experiences The School Ethos This school believes that education should be joyful, inclusive, and safe.
