The Role- This role is ideal if you are a creative and a confident communicator, looking to start or develop your career in Marketing. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the Marketing team in delivering impactful campaigns, content, and events that align with our business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation. Key responsibilities: Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, and case studies. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Assist in updating website content and company social media platforms. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and industry insights. Assist in the organisation of events, and exhibitions, ensuring brand presence and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to gather content for our internal newsletter and case studies that showcase our projects and successes. Help monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Ensure all marketing materials align with the companys brand guidelines and values. Essential: A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. An eye for detail and a creative mindset. Experience using social media platforms in a professional capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Desirable: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or Canva Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital analytics tools. Experience working with and editing videos using software such as CapCut or Premier Pro. Previous experience in a similar marketing role or internship.
