Certain Advantageis partnering with an automotive manufacturer to recruit experiencedPaint Sprayers. This role focuses on preparing and finishing commercial vehicles and components to top-quality standards while supporting efficient production and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, prime, and spray vehicle bodies, chassis, and component parts to a high standard of finish.
* Use single-pack and two-pack paints in line with manufacturer and safety requirements.
* Meet production schedules by working effectively alone or with others.
* Follow instructions and maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
* Handle materials responsibly to minimise waste.
* Support a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
* Take on additional duties when required, with suitable training provided.
Your Background:
1. Experience in preparing and spraying vehicles, ideally in the commercial vehicle sector.
2. Knowledge of both single-pack and two-pack paint systems.
3. Track record of meeting production and quality targets.
