Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
* Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager with administrative tasks
* Handling vacancies across our three offices, from entry-level to director/partner roles
Our Tunbridge Wells office is looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administration Assistant to join us on an initial 12-month FTC. We seek someone who excels in a dynamic environment, with experience in a similar in-house role or looking to transition from an agency. Strong candidate sourcing skills, experience writing job ads, and posting on LinkedIn are essential. An interest in integrating AI into our TA processes is also desirable.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to a career in Talent Acquisition.
You will spend at least 60% of your working week in the office. Our culture emphasizes collaboration and regular co-location to foster teamwork.
