Your Role
You will provide person‑centred care, assisting residents with daily living, personal care, and promoting independence, while ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and engaged in meaningful activities. You will work closely with the care team to build trusting relationships with residents and their families, contributing to a warm, nurturing, and positive atmosphere every day.
About You
* Kind‑hearted, empathetic, and committed to delivering high‑quality care.
* Minimum of six months care experience in the UK or overseas.
* Reliable team player with a positive attitude.
* Passionate about supporting the well‑being of older people, particularly those living with dementia.
