Were looking for an experienced Instrument Pipefitter to join our production team in North Tyneside. This is a hands-on role installing and assembling fabrications and hydraulic piping systems, working from engineering drawings to deliver high-quality builds in a heavy engineering environment.

As a Pipefitter, you will play a key role in the assembly and build of complex mechanical and hydraulic systems. Working closely with the production team, youll be building piping systems (measure, cut, thread, bend etc) using tools ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety, accuracy and quality.
Youll be expected to work confidently from engineering drawings ensuring pipe dimension and material documentation is accurate. A strong understanding of pipe fitting and hydraulic systems is essential, along with proven experience in heavy engineering assembly.
Were looking for someone with an HNC qualification or equivalent practical experience, who can demonstrate excellent decision-making ability, attention to detail and a proactive approach. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a safe, efficient and professional working environment.
