About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and committed Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Meldreth, North Royston. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by providing high-quality care and support to children and young people both in residential care homes and in the community.
You will play a key role in their daily lives, supporting personal care needs, day-to-day activities, and helping them develop life skills.
Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and daily support, including washing, dressing, mobility assistance, and continence care.

Support individuals in attending school, college, day services, and community activities.
*
Help create and maintain individual care plans and risk assessments.
*
Promote independence, dignity, and choice for every individual.
*
Safeguard health, wellbeing, and safety, reporting any concerns immediately.
*
Work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a professional care team.
*
Support spiritual, cultural, and religious preferences of each individual.
*
Participate in ongoing training, staff supervision, and professional development.

No formal qualifications required – full training will be provided.
