Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Care (EBD)
Up to £48k p/a (including performance related bonuses)

An established provider of residential and therapeutic services for children and young people is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a children’s home.
The Role
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the home, lead and develop the staff team, and ensure high standards of safeguarding, care planning and regulatory compliance. You will step into the Manager’s role when required and play a key part in promoting positive outcomes for young people.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be compassionate, resilient and confident in managing challenging situations. Experience within a children’s residential setting is essential, including supervising staff and supporting young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
Essential requirements
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* Experience of care planning and case management
* Knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
* Full UK driving licence
