Private Client Associate Solicitor (1-4 PQE) - Gatwick / Brighton / Southampton / Chichester
The Opportunity
A leading national law firm with a strong regional presence is seeking an Associate to join its respected Private Client Advisory team based in Gatwick. This is a chance to become part of a high performing and friendly group known for advising high net worth individuals and families on estate, tax, and succession planning. The team includes Legal 500 and Chambers ranked partners and is recognised for the quality of its work across the South.

The Role
You will work on a broad range of complex and high value private client matters including:
* Complex wills
* Lifetime trusts
* Deeds of variation
* Powers of attorney
* Estate administration for high net worth families
You will collaborate with colleagues across the wider business and with external professional advisers, contributing to a culture built on integrity, imagination, care, tenacity, and efficiency.
About You
* 1-4 years experience handling complex and high net worth private client advisory matters
* STEP qualification or interest in working towards this
* Confident in financial management and cross team collaboration
* Enthusiastic team player with a genuine interest in business development and relationship building
* Motivated to contribute to a positive team culture and deliver exceptional client service
