HR Advisor (12-Month FTC)
Location: Winchester
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000
1to1 Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with a HR qualification, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support recruitment, advising managers, and participating in interviews.
2. Complete pre-employment checks (right to work, references, DBS, etc.).
3. Maintain secure and confidential HR data.
4. Provide advice to managers and staff on recruitment, policies, and employment law.
5. Process contract changes accurately and efficiently.
6. Advise on maternity leave and occupational health referrals.
7. Assist with HR projects, including SAR and FOI requests.
8. Help develop and deliver HR training and update policies.
Skills & Experience Required:
* 2 years of office-based experience in a large organisation.
* Experience in an HR team.
* Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* CIPD or equivalent HR qualification.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently.
