Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions within the mental health team. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to support discharge planning from acute mental health wards. Work closely with MDT colleagues to develop safe and effective discharge plans. Provide tailored treatment strategies to promote independence, recovery and engagement in meaningful activities. Liaise with external agencies and community support services to ensure smooth patient transitions. Requirements: HCPC registration (essential) Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health, ideally in acute settings Full UK driving licence preferred to support community visits Why Brechin?
