Indoor Sales Manager – Freight Audit & Cost Reduction Consultancy (UK & Ireland)
We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Indoor Sales Manager to drive new business development across the UK and Ireland for a leading Freight Audit and Cost Reduction Consultancy.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with logistics and finance leaders, and promoting our proven freight audit services designed to improve cost efficiency for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business through proactive outreach and cold calling of C-suite executives and decision-makers
• Manage and execute Social media marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across multiple industry sectors
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and report regularly on sales activity and results
Requirements
• Proven track record in B2B sales within the freight or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of freight rate structures, especially those of integrators such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS Express
• Experience in business development or account management in logistics, supply chain, or freight services
• Confident communicator able to engage at senior management and C-suite level
• Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills
• Experience managing Social Media marketing and digital outreach initiatives is highly desirable
