Responsibilities: Preparing accurate tenders and cost estimates for joinery and interior fit-out projects Reviewing technical drawings and specifications Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes Working closely with project managers and design teams to support bids Assisting in tender submissions and client proposals Requirements: Previous estimating experience within joinery, interiors, or fit-out Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to interpret drawings and technical documents Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems Excellent communication and organisational skills Salary: Junior Estimator: Up to £35,000 Intermediate Estimator: Up to £45,000 (Salary based on experience and skill level) This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and contribute to high-spec projects with a skilled and collaborative team
