Providestrategicleadershipacrossalloperationalfunctionsspanningheadoffice,distributionandmultipleUKlocations
Defineanddeliveranoperationalstrategyalignedwithgrowth,efficiencyandprofitabilityobjectives
Actasacorememberoftheseniorleadershipteam,contributingtobusinessplanningandlong-termdirection
Maintainoversightofmulti-siteoperationalperformance,ensuringconsistency,standardsandgovernance
Leadnationallogisticsanddistributionactivities,optimisingservicelevels,costefficiencyanddeliveryperformance
Overseeend-to-endsupplychainoperations,includinginbound,outboundandreverseprocesses
Supporttheplanningandexecutionofnewsiteopenings,ensuringoperationalreadinessandcompliance
Overseefacilitiesmanagement,refurbishmentsandongoingmaintenanceacrosstheestate
Ensurefullcompliancewithhealth&safetylegislation,operationalregulationsandinternalcontrols
Developandembedoperationalpolicies,proceduresandauditframeworks
Provideexecutivesponsorshipofcoreoperationalsystems,ensuringscalability,reliabilityanddataaccuracy
Partnerwithtechnologyandexternalserviceproviderstodriveautomation,reportingandprocessimprovement
Maintainownershipofoperationalbudgets,drivingcost-to-serveoptimisationandmarginprotection
