Project Manager – Business Transformation & M&A
Hybrid – Birmingham | 3 days/week in office
Compensation: £65–85k base (DOE)

They seek an experienced Integration Project Manager to help turn strategic acquisitions into operational success.
The Role
You’ll lead the end-to-end integration of newly acquired businesses and major transformation programmes, aligning people, systems, processes, and products into a unified, efficient operating model. Acting as the central point of coordination, you’ll protect customer experience, safeguard revenue, and accelerate the realisation of synergies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own full integration delivery, from pre-close planning to post-merger stabilisation, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and objectives.
2. Translate due diligence findings into actionable integration plans covering systems, data, processes, and people.
