1. Provenmercial experience working as an IT Project Manager, ideally within healthcare / clinical environments.
2. Strong application integration and migration experience.
3. Merger and Acquisition (M&A) experience from an applications perspective
4. Brings strong expertise within theernance and Risk space, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.
5. Demonstrates a high level of awareness and practical experience with risk registers, risk assessments, and facilitating or contributing to risk meetings.
6. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Demonstrates a proactive approach and takes full ownership of responsibilities and oues.
8. Proactively seeks information to ensure clarity and alignment on tasks and objectives.
Nice to have:
9. Clinical / Healthcare sector experience
10. Experience with End of Life (EOL) / Dmissioning of legacy or no longer needed applications
