Your new role As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of large-scale construction projects, primarily in the commercial and healthcare sectors, with project values starting at £10 million. Based in Northern Ireland with no UK travel required, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading project planning, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Managing multidisciplinary teams, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery.
