Job Description:

This role is based in Manchester (City Centre).

Type: Full-time | Permanent | Office-based

Responsibilities:

* Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and secure messaging
* Assist customers with queries, payments, account updates, and more
* Support customers in early-stage arrears to get back on track with payments
* Collaborate with teams across the business, including Lending Operations and Credit
* Identify and support vulnerable customers with care and empathy
* Maintain accurate records and deliver exceptional service in every interaction
* Ensure positive customer outcomes and uphold high service standards

Requirements:

* Previous experience in customer service or call centres, preferably in financial services or regulated sectors
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and a process-driven approach
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
* Comfortable using digital systems and working in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for helping others
