You will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the production department and its associated maintenance, enforcing an enhanced regime of effective company workflow, guidelines and practical manufacturing policies.
The role requires a methodically minded professional who thrives on the responsibility of leadership. You will have demonstrable experience in managing and developing a broadly skilled team, shaping, guiding and enhancing operational effectiveness.
