Enrolment Team Leader
Brockenhurst College is seeking two enthusiastic and experienced Team Leaders to support our busy enrolment period. You will be responsible for leading a team of 11 temporary staff, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and delivering a high standard of service to our prospective students.

Key responsibilities:
2. Lead, coach, and support a team of enrolment temps throughout the enrolment period.
3. Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to ensure team members are confident in their roles.
4. Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to maintain high service standards.
5. Act as a point of contact for queries and escalate issues where necessary.

6. Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
7. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
8. Ability to train and motivate a team in a dynamic environment.
9. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
10. A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
This is a temporary role for up to 4.5 weeks, starting 20th August 2025, ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a short time.
