We have a vacancy for an Electrician to join the Team covering the Bristol area to carry out all aspects of electrical repairs and fault finding within occupied properties.
Essential Qualifications:
* City and Guilds 236 Pt 1 & 2 (or NVQ Level 3).
* 17/18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS7671.
* 2391 Inspection & Testing or good testing experience
Job Descripition:
* Experience in domestic EICR's and social housing essential
* The maintenance, installation and repair of electrical systems within our portfolios.
* Accountability for general reactive maintenance, fault finding, ensuring satisfactory fault rectification.
* Undertaking general maintenance tasks and survey inspections in areas including confined spaces and at height.
