As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the exceptional customer experience we aim to provide. Your main responsibilities include ensuring all customers receive outstanding service, advice, and solutions in a professional and timely manner. You will work closely with the Customer Services Manager to maintain high standards and deliver first-class support to our valued customers.
Your duties involve handling front-line telephone and written contact with customers, consumers, and sales colleagues; providing advice and assistance, order editing, order entry, updating systems, and processing follow-ups to previous requests.
About you: You should have a strong passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment. Being a team player with a positive attitude is essential, as collaboration across departments is key to delivering outstanding service.
