About the Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities. Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Assist with observations and assessments in line with the EYFS framework. Provide one-to-one and small group support to ensure every child thrives. Deliver phonics sessions About You EYFS qualification - Level 3 is essential. Experience working in an early years setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to learning.
