We're Hiring: Engineering Manager (Permanent)
Salary: Circa £85,000 + Excellent Benefits
Why This Role Matters
As Engineering Manager, you'll be a key member of the Terminal Leadership Team, delivering our engineering strategy and driving operational excellence, safety, and innovation. You¿ll lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects, optimise asset performance, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated environment.
You will be
1. Leading and developing a high-performing engineering team
2. Managing complex projects from concept to completion
3. Driving continuous improvement and reliability across terminal operations
4. Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
5. Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver strategic goals
We're Looking for
6. A degree-qualified engineer, ideally with Chartered status
7. Demonstrable experience of managing a portfolio of engineering projects
8. Proven leadership in regulated industries (e.g. oil & gas, chemicals, energy), preferably with COMAH regulated industry experience.
9. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
10. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
