Maintenance Operative
Part Time (16 hours a week approx. over 3-4 days)
The Role
To provide Caretaker services at Pure Offices, Gloucester (and assisting at our Cheltenham centre from time to time also).
Responsibilities:
Daily site walk around
Mid-morning clean/check and replenishment of consumables in WCs, lounges and kitchens
Fire alarm test
Water temperatures every month
Meter readings
Flushing of unused water outlets
Empty smoking bins
Litter pick
Gritting pathways in winter
Furniture removal
Tidy bin stores
