Quality Inspector / Inspection Technician required for Gloucester (GL1) based manufacturing company. Working 36 hours Monday - Thursday paying up to £30k Our client is a well-respected manufacturing company with a long-standing history in the Gloucester area and a diverse range of clients ranging from Gas & Oil, Green Energy, Nuclear, Defence and Pharmaceutical. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to become a Quality Engineer. The role of Quality Inspector/ Inspection Technician will involve, but is not restricted to the following duties: First off and final inspection of manufactured parts Review completed supplier generated FAI's Completion of internal quality audits to ISO 9001:2015 Uploading quality certification to ERP system Help create work instructions and SOP's Support internal root cause analysis The successful Quality Inspector/ Inspection Technician will be able to demonstrate the following skills: Experience gained within a mechanical engineering background Experience working within a ISO9001:2015 certified organisation Ability to read and interrogate engineering drawings Experience of working with conventional inspection equipment Ability to work with both imperial and metric measurements The is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move toward the next step in their career and to work for a company that is always looking to improve what they offer to their clients.
