📢 Account Manager – Ecommerce Media (Amazon Focus)
Location: London (4 days office / 1 day WFH)
Salary: £50,000–£70,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, global ecommerce consultancy that partners with some of the world’s biggest consumer brands.
We’re looking for a commercially sharp Ecommerce Media professional to help clients accelerate their ecommerce growth, with a particular focus on Amazon and other online retail platforms.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of brands, working closely with senior client stakeholders to deliver data-driven strategies that boost performance, drive revenue, and build category leadership online.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage and grow key client relationships across ecommerce, with a strong Amazon focus.
* Develop and deliver strategic growth plans, trading initiatives, and paid media recommendations.
* Analyse large datasets (across retail media, search, and sales) to spot trends and uncover new growth opportunities.
* Lead client meetings and quarterly business reviews with confidence and credibility.
* Leverage proprietary tools and platforms to build reporting suites that clients actually use.
* Act as a trusted commercial partner, helping clients stay ahead in a highly competitive online environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3–6 years of experience managing ecommerce or Amazon accounts in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong client-facing skills, able to build deep relationships and influence decision-makers.
* Commercially minded, comfortable managing budgets, setting KPIs, and measuring ROI.
* Sharp with data, you’ll love using Excel, insights platforms, and performance reporting to guide strategy.
* Experience in FMCG, retail, digital, or ecommerce sectors is ideal.
