Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Accounts Representative to join our clients team. Duties Maintaining regular contact with existing customers Identifying changes in cost base and negotiating customer support Supporting customer visits to site Raising PCR's based on customer requests Gathering and analysis of customer demand data Interoperating demand data into new business development identifying price reduction commitments and reflecting them into the future pricing plan Identify price increase opportunities and agreeing KPI targets via our clients customer profitability activity Monitoring own progress against agreed KPI's Collating results from customer negotiations into easily understood monthly reports Representing the company at industry events Researching new business opportunities Identifying key purchasing staff and making contact Collecting and understanding customer requirements Experience Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry sector Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in guiding or mentoring colleagues Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment A proactive approach with strong organisational skills and attention to detail Education A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics or Engineering discipline. Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial based role or at management level within a multi-process manufacturing environment to include both injection moulding and assembly. Experience of dealing with customers. History of working with manufacturing processes similar to those used at our clients. Skills and Competencies Strong mathematical ability. Strong understanding of both the macroeconomic and microeconomic environments Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to negotiate pricing, manage budgets, and drive profitability. Demonstrated experience in driving business growth, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
