Woking as the Head Waiter / Waitress / Head Server you'll be the lynchpin of the front of house.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Head Waiter / Waitress / Head Server include:
* Lead the front-of-house team to provide outstanding service
* Ensure smooth restaurant operations during service
* Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence
* Operate a section at the highest level and standard, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any guest queries or complaints
* Maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
* Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service
* Ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience as a Head Waiter / Waitress or Senior Waiter / Waitress
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A passion for great food and customer service
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
* Fluent English (Italian language skills are a plus)
* A commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards at all times
