An opportunity has arisen to join a team of property professionals as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator.
* Register applicants and match applicants to properties.
* Arrange and attend viewings.
* Supervision of an effective applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective tenants and buyers.
* Achieve pre-agreed targets
* Liaise and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
* Liaise and negotiate offers between vendors and buyers.
* Communicate with landlords and vendors with regards to marketing feedback, viewings and hot prospects.
* Provide practical solutions to landlords and vendors with regards to achieving a prompt let/sale.
* Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, and viewings.
* Generate leads and referrals for financial services.
* Generate leads and referrals for conveyancing.
* Maximise board presence and promote brand awareness at all times.
* Canvassing / leafleting to seek new business opportunities including targeting competitors.
* Signing up tenants and working through the whole tenancy check in process.
* Ensure all lettings offers are accepted, all terms agreed and application forms are completed in full by prospective tenants.
·Communicate with vendors and put forward offers from buyers and agree terms with clients.
* Progress transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain office systems/software and working procedures
* Efficient diary management.
* Correctly record all messages, viewings and appointments.
* Produce activity reports as required.
* Bring complaints to the attention of your Line Manager/Director immediately.
* Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all customers, clients and suppliers.
* Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and provide a first class level of customer service at all times.
* Attend all meetings and training courses as required by your Line Manager/Director.
* Inform your Line Manager/Director of ideas which may improve performance and efficiency.
* From time to time perform duties outside of this job description reasonably requested of you.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
