Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – White Rabbit Projects – Rusacks, St Andrews, Scotland.
Pay Range
OTE salary of £50,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with daily venue operations
* Leading and motivating the front‑of‑house team during service across restaurants, bars, and events
* Ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and pace
* Training, coaching, and developing team members to grow skills and confidence
* Managing guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism and care
* Supporting rota planning, labour control, stock management, and admin tasks
* Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory or management experience in a quality‑led hospitality venue
* Strong leadership presence, communication abilities, and a hands‑on approach
* Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during busy service
* A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and guest experience
* Confidence managing standards, staffing, and daily operations
