Dispensing Optician – Independent Luxury Opticians
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Flexible DOE) + Bonus Scheme and Benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time - Tuesday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30, plus every other Saturday

We are seeking a qualified Dispensing Optician to join their experienced and supportive team. This opportunity would suit someone with experience in either an independent practice or a multiple, who values teamwork, continuity of care, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional, patient-focused dispensing consultations
* Support patients with frame and lens selection tailored to their visual and lifestyle needs
* Work collaboratively with the wider practice team to maintain high clinical and service standards
* Contribute positively to the day-to-day running and continued success of the practice
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Dispensing Optician
* Experience in an independent practice or a multiple preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, team-oriented and professional approach
* Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
Package & Benefits:
* Salary £30,000 – £35,000 (Dependent on Experience)
* Bonus scheme available

* 4-day working week (Tuesday–Friday) plus every other Saturday
