About The Role
Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at Papa John’s! Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef, you’ll play a crucial role in leading a dynamic team of up to 10 passionate individuals. At the heart of our mission is making our guests smile, and you’ll ensure that they remain the central focus of all operational decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Resource planning and recruitment to build the best team.
* Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
* Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to standards.
* Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health & safety regulations.
If you have experience in a similar role or are eager to step up, we want to hear from you! A Level 3 Food Safety qualification is essential, and you should be confident in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

While previous experience at Papa John’s and achieving your ROC or AROC qualification is a plus, it’s not a deal-breaker—full training will be provided!

Qualifications

* A Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
