The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Night Manager to oversee the smooth running of our venue during the night hours. You will be the key point of contact for guests, team, and suppliers, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety are maintained throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
* Oversee the night operations of the venue, ensuring all areas are secure, clean, and well-prepared for the following day.
* Support the evening team with event handovers, ensuring seamless transitions and adherence to schedules.
* Carry out nightly inspections of the venue to ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
* Respond to emergencies efficiently, taking the lead in fire evacuation or other critical situations.
* Monitor and support the setup or breakdown of events as required.
* Complete administrative tasks, including handover reports and incident logs, accurately and promptly.
About You
* Previous experience in a hospitality or event operations role.
* A calm and professional demeanor, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and fire regulations is desirable.
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
