Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will play a key role in delivering excellent guest experiences and supporting smooth daily operations.
9. Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel restaurant and bar
10. Supervise and motivate front-of-house teams and Supervisor level staff
11. Deliver high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
12. Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
13. Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards
14. Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory management
15. Assist with rotas and operational planning
16. Work closely with kitchen teams to ensure efficient service
17. Ensure compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
18. Support events, functions, and promotional activities across Hampshire
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a confident Restaurant and Bar Manager with strong hospitality experience and a positive leadership style.
19. Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role
20. Strong communication and leadership skills
21. Ability to remain calm under pressure
22. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
23. Good understanding of food hygiene and licensing regulations
24. Flexible approach to shifts, including evenings and weekends
25. Experience supervising hospitality teams in a busy environment
