Role: General Manager
As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of The Tipsy Bird—running it as if it were your own business.
You’ll bring energy, passion, and strong leadership to every part of the operation, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across cocktails, live music, events, and private functions.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading and inspiring a passionate team to deliver top-tier service.
* Training, mentoring, and growing your crew like a true hospitality hero.
* Driving revenue, managing costs, and keeping those GP’s in check.
* Owning the floor—from the first hello to the last goodbye.
* Creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere across both Tipsy Bird and Tipsy Garden.
* Managing all aspects of the business — from daily operations and staffing to stock, compliance, and financial performance.
* Bringing fresh ideas and driving innovation to grow the business even further.
