What’s involved?
* Posting sales and purchase invoices
* Reviewing and posting expenses and credit card transactions
* Carrying out credit control activities by liaising with customers’ finance teams to ensure smooth payments
* Assisting with the administration of staff benefits
* Ensuring compliance with financial processes
Must have
* Strong numeracy skills and close attention to detail
* Basic use of spreadsheets and office applications
* Some exposure to accounting packages and an understanding of basic transactions
* Friendly, approachable manner with good communication skills (email and phone)
* Comfortable learning and working with new software tools
Nice to have
* Experience using Xero
* Familiarity with SaaS tools that support accounting or other business processes
Qualifications
We’re open to candidates with practical finance experience who are keen to study towards an AAT qualification. Already studying? We’ll support you to continue.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll be part of our Finance team, working closely with colleagues across the company. You’ll support the day-to-day running of financial processes and provide essential administrative support.
