Your new role
This is a central coordination and control role within the Transformation and Operational Excellence portfolio. As a Transformation Management Office (TMO) Coordinator, you will act as the “control tower” across programmes, ensuring full visibility,ernance, and consistency across all transformation activity.You will serve as the connective layer across programmes—bringing structure and clarity toplex delivery—while ensuringernance, reporting, tools, documentation, and ways of working are consistent, scalable, and reusable. You will not be accountable for delivery oues directly. Instead, you will enable strong decision-making, escalation, and assurance by Project Leads and senior stakeholders through high-quality coordination, information management, andernance discipline. Portfolio Coordination & Integration
Coordinate activity across the Operational Excellence and wider strategy portfolio, maintaining a single, coherent view of deliverySupport multiple Project Leads while ensuring alignment across priorities, timelines, and milestonesIdentify, track, and manage cross-programme dependencies, risks, and sequencing conflictsAct as the central coordination point for interdependent workstreamsernance, Reporting & Control

Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant disciplineExperience in a PMO, project support, coordination, or administrative role across multiple projectsExperience supportingernance boards and senior stakeholdersStrong organisational and planning skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage dependencies, information, andpeting prioritiesProactive approach, anticipating stakeholder needs and providing supportConfident use of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel) and appropriate use of AI tools such as CopilotStrong digital and data handling skills, including accurate data entry and secure information management in line with GDPRAbility to remain calm, organised, and reliable under pressure Desirable
Experience within Higher Education or a similarlyplex organisationProfessional development in project or programme management ( PRINCE2, Agile, PMO frameworks)Ability to identify opportunities for reuse, efficiency, and standardisation
