The Managing Director Will
* Provide operational and strategic leadership across five care settings.
* Directly line-manage two Home Managers.
* Drive occupancy and improve average fee rates.
* Maintain excellent regulatory compliance and CQC ratings.
* Embed strong quality assurance frameworks.
* Develop multi-disciplinary working within budget.
* Implement performance scorecards and foster a high-performance culture.
* Pioneer cultural transformation and staff engagement initiatives.
* Liaise with Local Authorities and ensure effective reporting.
