Overview
Job Title: Fabricator. Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire. Duration: Permanent. Shifts: Days or Nights.
* Rates: Days £19.79 per hour ( £44'593.12 p/a ); Nights £23.44 per hour ( £53'630.72 p/a ).
* Hours (44 hours each shift): Days – Monday to Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm, Friday 6:30am-12:30pm; Nights – Monday to Thursday 7:10pm-6:40am.
Role and Responsibilities
* Read and interpret detailed fabrication drawings.
* Set out complex fabrications and tack weld components into position.
* Profile components using oxy/propane cutting equipment to specified tolerances.
Qualifications and Experience
* Structural steel experience.
* Experience working in a workshop environment.
