We're all about making group travel easy, convenient, and great value, with a complete service that gives total peace of mind. Our educational experiences don't just tick boxes - they expand horizons, unlock potential, and leave a lasting impact. But that's not all… we're part of something bigger. We're powered by PGL Beyond, a group of inspiring companies with a common purpose to deliver enriching and transformative experiences to the next generation. Will you join us?

Make a difference as an Account Executive

As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for managing tailor-made tours from start to finish - transforming client enquiries into seamless, memorable travel experiences. You'll create personalised tour plans that match each client's goals, making sure every trip is tailored, exciting, and unforgettable. From start to finish, you'll deliver top-notch customer service - building strong relationships and earning long-term loyalty through every interaction.

You'll work closely with our Sales, Commercial, and Customer Delivery teams to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and out on tour.

Your proactive approach and problem-solving skills will help drive growth, improve the customer experience, and keep our tours on track for success.

Is this you?

* You're a customer service champion - whether it's over the phone or by email, you know how to connect with people and make their day.

* You're super organised - great at managing your time, staying on top of tasks, and keeping things running smoothly.

* You thrive under pressure - deadlines don't scare you; you stay focused and deliver results when it counts.

* You've got an eagle eye for detail - accuracy is your thing, and you take pride in getting things spot on.

* You don't just meet expectations - you go above and beyond to make every experience feel special. Whether it's a thoughtful detail or a last-minute fix, you're all about creating moments that clients remember for all the right reasons.

* You're a team player - ready to jump into our out-of-hours emergency rota a few times a year to help keep things running smoothly.

A place to thrive

We value excellence and personal advancement. We will prioritise your professional growth with tailored career development opportunities, mentorship programs and ongoing training.
