About The Role
You may currently be a Catering Manager, Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager seeking career progression. Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment is essential.
You will be responsible for the store's success, including sales, profitability, customer service, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Recruitment, induction, training, and development of staff, leading by example
* Creating and managing staff schedules
* Checking deliveries, matching orders, and handling daily banking
* Preparing stock and sales paperwork, employee pay, and timesheets
* Managing cash balances and minimizing wastage
* Ensuring compliance with Subway and local guidelines
* Inventory management, stock control, weekly stock takes, and reporting
* Analyzing sales and inventory reports to improve business performance
* Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
* Implementing in-store marketing and promotional materials
* Following safety procedures to prevent injuries
* Providing a safe environment for staff and customers
* Promoting high customer service standards among staff
* Handling escalated customer complaints
* Delivering excellent service in product handling, sales, and customer inquiries
