Job Title: Deputy Home Manager - Residential Childcare Job Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: Assist the Home Manager in the daily operations of the residential childcare home.
Provide mentorship and support to staff members to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and evaluate team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Ensure the safety principles are adhered to at all times, promoting a safe environment for both staff and children.
Support in budgeting and financial management of the home, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual childrens needs, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being.
Collaborate with external agencies, stakeholders, and families to provide holistic care for children.
Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the team.
Assist in conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with legislation and best practices.
Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive culture within the home.

Must have relevant experience in residential childcare or similar environments.
