We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the office runs smoothly while also handling reception. Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize office operations, including maintaining schedules and coordinating meetings.
• Serve as the first point of contact by handling reception duties and greeting visitors professionally.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and tracking follow-ups.
• Support various administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to handle reception duties in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings and prepare related materials.
