Location & Pay
Location: 25a Broadway, Accrington, United Kingdom, BB5 1ES
Salary:£12.60 per hour with an on‑target bonus of 25%, paid monthly based on store performance.
Working Hours: Full‑time, 30 hours across 5 days per week, including weekend rotation.

Job Description
As a Retail Customer Advisor you will understand and meet each customer’s unique needs, provide knowledge of cutting‑edge products and services and support sales targets as part of a high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage customers to create positive and valuable experiences.
* Deliver exceptional service by promoting innovative products and services.
* Achieve personal and store KPIs through sales and performance targets.
* Provide personalised solutions for general mobile or network enquiries promptly.
Qualifications
* Customer focused – passion for outstanding service and keen understanding of customer needs.
* Team collaboration – ability to work well within a positive, high‑performing environment.
* Problem solving – resourceful, proactive in resolving customer enquiries and challenges.
Full training will be provided – prior product knowledge is not required. We value ambition, learning and a drive to innovate.
