What’s on Offer:
£55,000 base salary (DOE) with realistic OTE of £80,000+
Hybrid working model – work from home, the office, or wherever suits you
Immediate client bank and pipeline of new clients via acquisitions (North Wales, Wirral, St Helens)
Ongoing new business enquiries from trusted lead sources

What You'll Be Doing:
* Manage and grow an existing client book of HNW individuals
* Provide holistic, goals-based financial planning advice
* Work closely with paraplanners and client support to deliver outstanding client service
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and FCA regulations
* Contribute to business growth through client referrals and new enquiries

Who We’re Looking For:
️ Level 6 / Chartered Financial Planner (or working toward)
️ Strong experience managing client relationships
️ Ability to build rapport, advise with empathy, and maintain compliance
️ Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
️ A team player who values excellent service and integrity
