Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Duration: Approximately 12 weeks, with the potential for extension

Rate: £27 p/h

Requirements: A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the nature of community work
The post holder will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team, providing assessment, care planning, and support to service users in the community. Strong communication and clinical skills are required, along with the ability to work independently while liaising with wider healthcare professionals
