Our leading Facilities Management client is seeking HVAC Service Manager to join the team in Glasgow.

Role Summary:
Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all aspects of HVAC service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and quality control.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HVAC technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
* Ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls, preventive maintenance, and installations.
* Monitor service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem resolution, and proactive service.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance the technical skills and safety practices of the service team.
* Manage inventory of parts and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
* Prepare and present reports on service department performance to senior management.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
* Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
Qualifications:
* Strong technical knowledge of various HVAC systems, including commercial and residential applications.
* Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in using service management software and dispatching systems.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., NATE, EPA Universal) are highly preferred.
* Asociate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
